Imperial Stout
ABV 9.2% | SRM 70 | IBU 50 | OG 24.6 | FG 8.0
This is part of an ongoing series of Imperial Stouts, where we make minor changes to the recipe in pursuit of the perfect glass of dark beer. It's a passion for sure!
In this latest batch, we added Midnight Wheat instead of using Roast Barley, which can be quite astringent. This gives a more rounded and softer finish than previous batches. Primary notes are milk chocolate and light roast coffee.
