Ginger IPA
ABV 6.5% | SRM 4 | IBU 70 | OG 13.8 | FG 1.4
There is no nuance with this beer. We used 22 lbs of young ginger, which is known to be more fruity than spicy. This perfectly complements the El Dorado, Citra and Centennial hops, which add notes of mango and pineapple. The result is a ginger bomb with a warm spicy finish. It would go perfectly with some sushi or Thai food!
