
Raspberry Sour Ale
ABV 7.0% | SRM 3 | IBU 10 | OG 15.6 | FG 2.6
This beer was soured for three days with Lactobacillus Plantarum, which brings a nice salty tartness and some pineapple notes.
We then added organic California-grown raspberries at the end of fermentation. The result is a robust expression of the fruit, and a beer that is vibrantly pink with a sharp upfront acidity and clean finish.
