Batch 129: Abso-hefin'-lutely!

Inspiration

German-style Hefeweizen

Technical Specs

ABV 5.1%  |  SRM 3 |  IBU 15 | OG 12.6 | FG 3.0

Brewer's Notes

This German-style hefeweizen has just enough malt to give some baked  bread character without being too sweet. In addition, we used a yeast  known for its' spiciness without the excessive banana notes that are  common in other wheat beers.
